2 pounds chicken wing drumettes
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 teaspoon salt
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tablespoon hot sauce
smoky mayo
⅔ cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
1 garlic clove, minced

Preheat the oven to 450° F.
Grease a 9 x 13 baking dish with oil.
Rinse and pat dry the chicken.
Add the next six ingredients to a plastic storage bag and mix well.
Place the chicken in the plastic bag and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Dump the chicken and marinade into the baking dish.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until done.
Mix mayo ingredients together and serve with the drumettes.
