This recipe is easy to double if you’re serving a larger group.
ingredients
6 slices of deli ham
½ cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
6 large eggs
ground black pepper to taste
bake it!
Preheat the oven to 400º F.
Line a 6-cup muffin tin with parchment baking cups, use a non-stick pan or use a silicone muffin tin.
Line each cup with a slice of deli ham and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
Crack an egg in each ham cup. Sprinkle each cup with ground pepper if desired.
Bake until eggs are cooked through based on your preference, 15 to 19 minutes.
