2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1 10-oz jar of medium salsa
optional
fajita seasoning sprinkled on chicken before adding salsa

Place a little bit of salsa in the bottom of the Instant Pot
Rinse and pat dry chicken and place in the pot. Sprinkle with fajita seasoning if desired.
Cover the chicken with the remaining salsa.
Lock the lid and set the steam release knob to sealing.
Cook on high pressure for 17 minutes.
Let the Instant Pot naturally release the steam and when fully complete, carefully remove the lid.
Shred the chicken in the pot or another bowl.
I usually end up with enough to freeze which makes for an easy dinner later.
