5-6 radishes, thinly sliced
¼ cup roasted pumpkin seed kernels
¼ cup dried cranberries
salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons vinegar (white, red, apple cider)
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
¼ teaspoon salt
