Preheat the oven to 425° F.
Prepare a baking sheet (with or without parchment paper or aluminum foil).

1 1/2 pounds broccoli (2-3 medium crowns), cut into florets of even size
olive oil spray
salt to taste
Spray or drizzle olive oil onto the sheet.
Arrange the florets in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Cover florets lightly with olive oil.
Sprinkle salt over the broccoli.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until fork tender.
