2 pounds chicken drumettes
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 tablespoon hot sauce
chili aioli
⅔ cup mayonnaise or homemade aioli
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
1 garlic clove, minced
Preheat the oven to 450° F.
Grease a 9 x 13 baking dish with oil.
Rinse and pat dry the drumsticks.
Add the next six ingredients to a plastic storage bag or glass bowl and mix well.
Place the drumsticks in the plastic bag or bowl and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Dump the drumsticks and marinade into the baking dish.
Bake for 30-40 minutes or until done.
Mix aioli ingredients together and serve with the drumsticks.
