Try making this for the holidays especially if you have a guest who is allergic or intolerant to dairy.
Ingredients
3 – 15 ½ oz. cans whole kernel sweet corn, drained
1 cup of milk or milk alternative
1 tablespoon of sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
½ cup butter or dairy-free margarine
Place all ingredients in the slow cooker (cut the cream cheese and butter/margarine into chunks).
Cover and cook on high for 2-3 hours.
I stir it a couple times.
